Financing is subject to lender approval and may depend on credit history, income, vehicle eligibility, down payment, loan amount and other underwriting requirements.

8. Shipping & Transportation

Estimated transportation dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing by the applicable transportation provider.

9. Deposits & Vehicle Holds

Any deposit or vehicle-hold arrangement is subject to the specific written terms provided at the time of the transaction.

Deposit amount, duration, refundability and other conditions should be confirmed before payment is made.

10. Fourteen-Day Return Policy

MFD Classic Motors provides a fourteen (14) calendar day return period beginning on the date of delivery and the buyer's written acceptance, subject to the requirements stated below.

• The vehicle must not exceed two hundred (200) additional operating miles beyond the documented mileage at delivery.
• The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same mechanical and cosmetic condition as delivered.
• The vehicle must not have sustained new damage.
• The vehicle must not have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or abnormal operating conditions.
• All applicable paperwork transferred to the buyer must be properly reassigned or returned to MFD Classic Motors as required.

When the applicable return conditions are satisfied, MFD Classic Motors will arrange and pay for return transportation and issue a refund of the vehicle purchase price in accordance with the applicable sales documents.

11. Limited Warranty

In addition to the applicable return policy, MFD Classic Motors provides a limited warranty covering certain major mechanical components for ninety (90) days from delivery or two thousand (2,000) miles of operation, whichever occurs first.

The limited warranty applies only to substantial mechanical failure of major drivetrain or engine components that was not disclosed prior to the sale.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Routine maintenance items
• Cosmetic issues
• Electrical accessories
• Hoses, seals, filters, belts and fluids
• Batteries and other consumable items
• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper operation or lack of maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications

Subject to the applicable warranty terms, MFD Classic Motors may elect to repair the vehicle, replace a defective covered component or reimburse reasonable repair costs.

The limited warranty is non-transferable and does not extend beyond the stated time or mileage limitation. Except for the applicable limited warranty and return policy, the vehicle remains sold AS IS to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Website Use

You agree to use the MFD Classic Motors website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the website, its security or its availability to other users.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems, introduce malicious software or use automated tools in a manner that disrupts normal website operation.

13. Intellectual Property
